Okay, we had a love hate relationship with stretchy cord for over 10 years... We loved the stretchy and simplicity of wearing, but we hated the break-ability. We never found one that lasted LONG enough, that we felt comfortable putting AAA gemstones on, or even seed beads!
HAPPY NEWS!!! Now, we are importing a wonderful stretchy nylon in many many colors, and we love this! At only $6 for a LOT of yardage - you can go crazy and get a bunch of colors... and stretch away!

these POWER GEMSTONE stretchy cord bracelets are a combined project of our hearts at the bead gallery!
We've taken our inspiration from the daily challenges we face as a community, and received messages of spirit on what gemstones would help balance and create harmony!
These bracelets were designed not only for healing, but also for BEAUTY!
We've been custom making individual healing pieces for over 5 years, and now find that there is so much more LOVE needed in the world! These are handcrafted in very small batches, in response to our spiritual and material resources.
We don't know what we will make next, or how many... it depends on the calling and our abilities.
Our current plan to is to listen to our hearts, and see where it will take us!

In Japanese legend, the strongest koi swims upstream until it reaches the final waterfall, where it vaults into the mists and transforms into a water dragon. Based on that legend, it became a symbol of worldly aspiration and advancement. As we move into this beautiful, shiny, new year – feel rejuvenated, strong and focused! These decaled wood beads are lightweight and beautiful! They are "vintage" from the 70's (like me and Michelle!), found in a huge warehouse room filled with wooden beads! We also have a selection of natural and handpainted in vibrant fun colors – and no matter what you pick, you can bodhi, lattice wrap or string them easily! Since they are not being made anymore, enjoy them while we have them! And speaking of wood, i'm in a woodsy mood, cause we just got some stretch sandalwood buddha/lotus/kuan yin inspired wood beads in! New Macrame Design!

Macrame is fun and easy. Mary made this bracelet in minutes, and renewed my interest in this easy beading technique! It's amazing that by changing just one of of the 3 components: the beads, the inner cord or the outer cord, you can create so many different projects! In this video, we knotted a thicker cord around a leather core, and added seed beads on either side of the leather. pattern that has been pressed into a pliable surface. hit it repeatedly,

and men's jewelry! In this video, I'll show you how to do a series of knots with your choice of gemstones and how to end with a button clasp or with end crimps!
